Q: How do I change the Temperature reading in Lexus ES 330 from Fahrenheit to Celsius?
I recently imported my US car to Canada and would like to know if there is any way to change the outside/inside temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius

A: What the Owner's Manual says? It has to have some that converts from Metric to US Standard. A car of that kind should have that choice, if not, is pretty lame. Or leave it on F, I am used to see it on both since I travel way too much outside the US. I had a 92 Chevy Astro AWD with a digital dashboard that had a button right on it to change it from Metric to US Standard.

A: Just go down to your local autoparts store and have them look up what kind of filter you need. Most of the time they will have it in stock and if you ask they will come out and help you put it in. there are only a couple clips on the air box and it pops right out. pretty easy.

Q: Does the Lexus ES 330 have a smother, more comfortable ride then the New Lexus ES 350?
I currently own the Lexus ES 330 have not been able to test drive the new 350 yet. From what I have heard the New ES 350 has a much harder ride then the old 330. Is this true? I know the horsepower in the car is incomparable to the old 330, but did Lexus make the ES a harder ride because it’s now a sportier vehicle? Thanks My source is someone who also has the ES 330 and recently went to get his car serviced and received a ES 350 as a loner car. Is it possible that the loner cars they give out may have problems, because from what he told me the car had a horrible suspension, and you felt every bump on the road. He actually compared the 350 to a jeep. I was thinning that maybe the loner cars they give may be defective, or could it be that it was the base model with absolutely nothing in it (no navigation, no wood, etc ...). Thanks

A: Check your sources, because that is completely opposite of what the ES350 is. The ES350 delivers such an outstanding ride compared to the es330. Yes it is a lot faster and can handle better, its suspension is softer and nimble. Test drive one for yourself. It is possible the ES330 he has may have electronic dampening suspension and he is driving a beat up loaner vehicle with overinflated tires. I don't know the scenario, but I drive these vehicles on a daily basis and I have the ES350 is a all around a better ride than an ES330.

A: looks like you need to go to a car specialty shop. You know the ones that does things like car stereos and such. they should be able to help you. If not you may have no choice but to take it to a dealer.

A: I would say definitely get the is350. they dont make the rx330 anymore now its the rx 350 and its not worth that much at around $40,000. I own a es 350 and absolutely love it, it is not a performance car, but has a very quiet and cushiony and luxurious ride. the is350 is a sportscar coming off with a good 0-60 time, and 306 horsepower more than any of the other ones. Personally, if you can stretch your budget a bit go for the GS model, but if not get the is350 im telling you its a great car.

A: that is at least $4,000 below the going rate. it's possible that the owner is trying to make a quick sale but more likely that it has some problem. this is why you should pay $100 and have a mechanic inspect it.
